Subscriptions

Posies Flowers & Fashion Inc. currently offers subscriptions for floral arrangements only. Subscriptions are not available for clothing, gifts, or other merchandise unless specifically stated.

By purchasing a floral subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription schedule you choose.

Delivery Fees

Each scheduled floral delivery is subject to the applicable delivery fee for the recipient's delivery location. Delivery charges are separate from the subscription price and will be charged with each scheduled delivery unless otherwise specified.

Deliveries

Floral subscriptions are typically delivered to a recipient designated by the purchaser. Deliveries are subject to our Delivery Policy, including recipient availability, weather conditions, safe delivery practices, holiday schedules, peak floral periods, and other circumstances beyond our control.

If a recipient is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery in accordance with our Delivery Policy.

Seasonal Availability

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.

Changes and Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date by using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Changes to the recipient's address, delivery schedule, or subscription details should be requested before the next scheduled billing date to ensure sufficient processing time.

Once a scheduled subscription order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.
